Maxillary Orthopedics
Non-surgical treatment
Helps correct occlusion problems at an early age: crossbite, overbite, crowding, maxillary collapse, tongue and finger habits. Use internal and external devices and bands to create forces applied to the area to be corrected.
It is applied to boys and girls from the moment the first molars erupt (around 6-7 years old) and until the end of puberty (between 13 and 15 years old); at a younger age the treatment is more effective.
